Province stores in BA

I remember reading somewhere that each province has an office of some sort, with a store that sells local artesenal goods from that province, in Capitol Federal. Now I can't find anything about them. I'm particularly interested in finding the ones from the Salta and Jujuy area. Does anyone know where these are? Are they worth the trip?

I think the office for Jujuy is in the 900 block of Arenales, on the north side of the street and close to 9 de Julio.

There's also a store of this type on Balcarce, located between Moreno and Alsina. Lots of reasonably priced arts and crafts items from around the country.
