Public Holiday, April 2-Guerra de las Malvinas

Please tell me what I can expect to be open or closed in BA on Thursday, April 2- a public holiday commemorating the Malvinas' War. This is my third trip, my first at this time of year. I'm arriving on April 1 and planning what I can do on my first true day there, April 2. Was thinking of walking around the garment district in Once but there's no point if shops there are closed.

I assume that banks and museums are closed. Or is this not so? And what about restaurants and tango? Does everyone not work that day?

Also, how closed up is BA on Good Friday (April 10 this year)?
