Puma vs All-Blacks in La Plata: Transportation Question

A friend of a friend (Kiwi) is going to be in BsAs this weekend and he and a friend are going to the Rugby Match in La Plata on Saturday. (8pm start I believe) He asked me how to get down there. And I wasn't too sure.

Does anyone have a recommendation for a Shared Ride down to La Plata, AND BACK?

-I'm not going to send them on a train.

-Right now he is looking into a bus from Retiro.

-Any recommendations? Any shuttle services?

There are plenty of buses from Retiro. I normally take the 129 (company: "Plaza") and jump on at Santa Fe and Cerrito (9 de Julio). I think it's 10 pesos and you can pay with a Sube card.

which stadium is the first thing to know because there are three possibilities and one (the most likely) is far from the city and bus routes.
