Today I heard the word fun instead of FOAM, also I understood ID instead of IED, and recently someone heard snack instead of SNAKE.

The other day my son told his paediatrician that he likes to go up and down in the aligator. The conversation got a bit surreal until we realised he meant elevator...

I am going to start using aligator in place of elevator if you don´t mind, Cecilia. :D

I was taken to a hearing specialist as I child for a while when it turned out I mispronounced several things like salt and Viginer or Hopital (Spanish roots laid down early) or my sister´s name [Vic]toria.

It turned out I was just lazy.

The girlfriend says snorfing in place of snoring which I can´t bring myself to correct; it´s too cute.

Aa I am not a native speaker, puns help me to improve my English skills while having fun. Thanks for your inputs!!
