Question about 60+ health insurance

Hi everybody. I lived in Argentina between 2005 and 2020, and at the age of 60, I’m toying with the idea of returning. While in the country I had OSDE cover which was good. I’d be interested in hearing what kind of ‘obra social’ or health insurance I could get nowadays and what the cost is. I’m on active surveillance for a low-grade prostate cancer diagnosed 3 years ago that doesn’t as yet require any treatment. Any suggestions? Thanks
