Right at a year ago I brought a car here from the USA. I was told then that I couldn't drive it because my wife brought it back as an Argentinian citizen returning home. My wife doesn't drive and the car has been useless for us but it didn't matter because we had 2 cars. I was in an accident the other day and I can no longer drive our other car. So what Im wondering is if anyone has found a way to get a blue card so you can drive a family vehicle even though it was brought back under and Argentinian citizens name? Any help is appreciated.
