RADEX - Proof of Address - Actuacion Notarial Certificate Acceptable?

When I signed my lease, the notary public included a "Actuacion Notarial" certificate attachment to the lease. She stated I can use it for my imigration proof of adress / certificado de domicilio. Does anyone know if this is accurate, or should I go through the process of getting it through the police department.

Just write in a paper you were not able to do it without precaria and take a picture. Later in person you do an affidavit at the interview at Immigration.
