I can recommend you one of two employment lawyers. One is a lawyer at one of the top employment firms. This is a firm who deals with union negotiations, he personally knows Carlos Tomada, the Minister of Employment, Hugo Moyano, etc. They handle million dollar employment issues.

The other is an independent studio (2 lawyers) for small businesses. They handle employment, contracts, and any number of issues... all the things a small business might need.

I have big businesses and small businesses and I use both lawyers, depending on the situation.

As for real estate, you should probably be looking for escribanos.
