The western union in microcentro, peru 137, is quite big. I went there a couple of times over the last weeks. DNI rule does apply there because it was always almost empty

that is the location I use every month. They always have sufficient pesos for my monthly transfer. Never been asked for my DNI.

There's always a way. You could convert dollars to bitcoin, then bitcoin to dollars in some roundabout way. I buy bitcoin in cash app, sell on localbitcoin, receive in my girlfriend's MercadoPago, then call a contact to buy at dólar Blue if I feel like saving dollars. I get about 1:121 lately on the peso side after all fees but ymmv. I'm sure there's an easier way, frankly. Hell, maybe I should start a bitcoin cueva.
