Recommendations For Rehabilitation/orthopedic Surgeon - Foot

Hi,

I am looking for a a good rehabilitation (orthopedic surgeon) doctor - preferably a specialist of feet. One rehabilitation doctor said that I needed an operation - I am looking for a second opinion from a good doctor, preferably one who specializes in feet.
