Recover Lampshade?

I need to have two lampshades recovered (lined inside, silk or linen outside).
I have no idea where to start looking for someone who does this, though I know there must be in BsAs.
Do you know of anyone?

I see pantalla shops all over town. There is one on Guemes, between Billinghurst and Coronel Diaz, but, frankly, I cant seem to go more than three blocks anywhere between San Telmo and Palermo without seeing one.
