Recycling old books

Hi, would anyone know where I can recycle very old book, files, magazines and papers? I´ve got a car boot´s full of stuff - none of it would be useful to any bookstore or charity shops.
And, good site by the way. I´m new to Bs As and finding this site pretty useful.

If you leave them on the street, the cartonistas will recycle what they cannot sell as readable. If you want to save on the mess they make, just wait untill you see one go past. They will apreciate the stuff.
