Rent goes up every 3 months

I am currently renting in buenos aires and my rent goes up every 3 months by at least 30k pesos each time is this normal? Long shot but is there a way to stop it or will it just keep going up forever every 3 months?

What's your contract say? When did you sign it? These are two very important details we'd need to know to give you an answer
