My wife and I are wondering about the effects on the availability of rentals and cost increases from the Copa America matches between 12 June to 12 July. We have been planning to land in BA for a year beginning end of June.
We have been looking at areas around the 3 Mitre line stations closest to Universidad Nacional de San Martin main campus. We thought we'd find an airbnb apartment in advance in the area initially and search for longer-term apartments from there. Some advised us to try an apartment for a month to see if we liked it and the landlord and negotiate longer-term from there. We'd be living out of travel bags to begin with so we figured it sounded doable.
