I realise that residency has already been discussed several times.
I plan on staying in BA for at least 3 years. The thought of having to go to Uruguay every 90 days isn't appealing.
I'm just wondering about paying an official to obtain residency. Has anybody else explored this, and how much money would one have to pay?
I realise that it isn't very ethical to obtain residency this way, but in reality, it's how a lot of business is done.
