Resources For Temporary Apartments

Can anyone recommend where to find temporary apartments online? I have found a site called 4rentargentina.com, wondering if anyone has used it before and if so did it work out well? Also I obviously know about airbnb but the prices on there are much higher than what I found on 4rentargentina.

If you know of anything else I'd love to hear about it. I'm not in Argentina now but planning on going there so as for now my resources are just online, but I'm also willing to hear about other means of finding temporary apartments once in BA.

I use Casasantelmo.com. I love San Telmo. They have a huge price range and different levels of luxury. Mercedes takes good care of her clients. Most of her listings come with internet, maid service, heat and cooling. I have used Casa San Telmo for three of my stays in Buenos Aires. And will again.

Airbnb has tons of listings. I've used casa San Telmo too.
