Whenever i've gone for a match i just took the D line to the end and walked the rest of the way. You don't even need to know where the stadium is, just follow the crowd.

Take any bus that goes to Barrancas de Belgrano (60,15, 29,118,) and as they said above, follow all those people wearing River jerseys. Barrancas is a 10-15 minute walk to the stadium.
