Yes, there are several.
I'd recommend punto cumbre, because there is a bouldering gym and regular walls for climbing and one of a trainers is well known Kevin Thaw from UK
another one is rustik, but just bouldering gym.
As to go outside to climb, there are some places like Tandil or Difuntos, close to Mar del Plata, it's about 5hs trip.
