Room To Rent In Quality House - 3000 Pesos

The house is situated on a very quiet, green leafy street, just a couple of blocks from the best bars, clubs and restaurants of Buenos Aires. It's 6 blocks from plaza serrano and 3 from Palermo Hollywood.
It's very spacious with two terraces (upper and lower) with parrilla, large kitchen, living room, 2 bathrooms, totalling 230 meters squared.
The room has been fully occupied the past year and has a queen size double bed, heater etc...
The price is 3000 pesos/ month. All bills included - gas, electricity, wi-fi, cable tv and a cleaner twice a week.
You would be living with 4 other working travellers and musicians from various countries. We try to speak Spanish as much as possible in the house.

Hi there Fettucini,

I'm guessing the room has been fiilled but just wanted to check anyway because it sounds like exactly what I'm looking for. I'm an Australian guy and I'm moving from Uruguay to Buenos Aires on the 18th of September. I'm with my Colombian girlfriend and we plan on staying in Buenos Aires for 5 or 6 months. I work online so only need a reliable internet connection for work and apart from that we're really laid back and easy going. My girlfriend is COlombian and only speaks spanish so that could be a bonus if you're trying to improve your spanish.

Anyway like I said I guess it's probably been filled but if not give me a shout, or if you know of any other rooms that may take a couple let me know and that would be awesome. Cheers. Brett
