It is a simple room with a bed desk and small balcony to the street. It is shared with an anglo argentine and argentine we speak spanish but can do english.
It is available for december and january. We are selling the flat so there may be some people coming to look round.
There is no deposit and it is 1000 pesos a month. You can stay for a shorter time.
