How do I deliver the pesos? Cash? Transferencia bancaria?

I was scammed once by an arbulito on Florida St. 3 fake US$100 Bills. Was night time.

be careful. Lot of people on the streets, who need money urgently

as soon as you have money, hop in a waiting taxi or uber and be discreet.
