We are a US-based company targeting primarily Latin America, Mexico, and the USA, and are in need of a strong, experienced Sales Executive based in Buenos Aires.

We are looking for someone who is able to speak Spanish fluently enough to feel comfortable negotiating heavily and conducting sales business, some Portuguese is ideal but not required.

The ideal candidate is a professional with a strong background in sales, has strong negotiation skills, good organizational skills, and can relate effectively and successfully to the Latin American customer.

The position is salary + commission+bonus

The ideal candidate will be commission and bonus driven as the commission and bonus is the lucrative part of this deal (It is in US dollars)

The candidate will be able to work from home, and after a proven track record of successful sales will be provided a laptop and mobile phone.

The idea is for this candidate to later be promoted to Area Sales Manager and manage our BA area sales team.

Please PM me directly if interested. Serious inquiries only, please.

I already have a home, a laptop, and a mobile phone.

Is there additional compensation?

LOL Thanks.

It´s actually not meant to sound like that is the compensation/salary.

It does pay a salary+commission+bonus.

if being an ideal canditat to this sales team, what would the position salary be, and the potential bonus?

Also, if later on being succesful and be promoted, would you Area Manage folk sitting at home or in a central office?

CTRU, he's not going to negotiate the salary or range of the bonus in a public forum, that's something you discuss after a serious of promising interviews hint that there's a good match. Your next question makes it pretty clear that you don't have outside sales experience because neither a sales exec nor manager would be spending much time sitting at home or in a central office if they were doing a good job:p
