Because of the elections all the bars/clubs, etc must close at midnight but somehow there is a huge Rugby party from Lomas AC. The party is supposed to be close to the cancha de Banfield, and that means it's about 45 minutes from capital in bus and about 30 minutos from capital(well atleast from San Telmo)
