Second hand baby stuff in Buenos Aires?

Hey there..
I'm the mother of a one year old and need to get a high chair/pack n play/ and stroller. i didn't bring anything from the US other than a car seat. I'm on a budget and wondering if there are places to buy used baby things for cheaper than at the stores? I checked Craigslist but see that not a lot of people use this. Is there a better place?

Unfortunately 2nd hand stuff here isn't really cheaper than new.....I ended up buying cheap new baby stuff as I trawled mercadolibre and second hand stores and there was very little discount.

I got a reasonable stroller at the baby store at the entrance of the jumbo near the mosque. It's near the main entrance. I asked for the cheapest and ended up buying the third cheapest at 340 pesos. Not great, but not expensive for what it is.

There are tons of baby stores, but I've been on the lookout for some more discount items as well. Like just some easy long sleeve/legged pajamas. If anyone finds a good baby outlet, I'd love to hear about them.
