Who would be willing to play for outside sede civil for my wedding in late May. If anyone has any contacts please DM me, thanks so much
 
I believe there is an Scotish bagpipe here. I saw them acting once, but I do not have a contact phone.
 
Contact el colegio San Andres (st. andrew’s). When I worked there ten years ago there was an ex alumni who played the bagpipes. They might be able to help you.
