Seeking Room or Studio Apt for Rent

I'm presently in BA (from NYC) and am looking to rent a room or studio apartment from now through the next 3 months.

A place would with a balcony would be a nice bonus.

I'm a startup guy/ designer (graphic/ user interface), and will need dependable wifi.

I'd prefer something in the neighborhoods of Palermo Viejo or Palermo Soho, but could be flexible for the right place or right housemates.

I have a couple of places listed there and they seem to offer a good selection.

Thanks. Airbnb is great. I forgot about them. I actually used them to find a place last year in Austin for South by Southwest and it worked out well.
