Interested?
If you wish to apply, please send your CV to [email protected], along with your social network presence (facebook, twitter, linkedin, tumblr, etc). Impress us, we want to be blown away by you. P.S. Please don't forget to include your desired compensation (in pesos per month).

A side note about Compensation:
In Argentina, compensation is handled a bit different than in the US. We don't talk about an annual salary, we agree on a monthly salary, paid around the 5th of each month. Our approach to salaries is different than "this is what we offer, let's try to see who we can get for that money". We rather say: "This is what we look for, based on your expertise, how much do you think it's a fair pay for the position"? And then find who's the best person for the job. We like people that blow us away, and we just don't wanna lose them because "we decided the position was worth $X much". That's why we want to hear from you what's your desired monthly compensation. It includes 2 weeks per year of paid vacations, plus the argentinian holidays. Also includes "aguinaldo": 1 extra salary per year, broken down in half at the end of june, plus another half month at the end of december.

ok , dude , i can see why point 3 is of paramount importance :)

am i the only one that thinks that the lowest salary request will be put on the top of the pile and all the others just used to wrap fish ? :)
