SEPA/IBAN online bank account for direct payment

I need a little assistance. I know users here use services like transferwise to send themselves money, but I'm looking to make direct debit payments. Basically, I need a European bank account that is SEPA/IBAN compliant so a company can do a direct debit each month from the account. I don't know if the online services have that functionality although they advertise being SEPA and IBAN compliant. Any help?
