Hi,
I need a sim card for my phone with unlimited calls to landlines in buenos aires. Anything like that exists? I searched companies' websites but they don't show that.

just get a postpaid personal Black, type 3 plan for 550 pesos a month

I use it all the time and Its unlimited ( to cellphone, or landline to anywhere in Arg or in Americas. + data - 15 gb

Its one of the best investments I ever made in Argentina

If you cant get it..ask a friend with a dni to get it for u.
 
I use Skype worldwide plan to speak to landlines in most countries plus cell phones in USA and Canada for US$13 per month.
