Sin Subsidio and Cristina 2015

So a couple of things:

1) Anyone know if they've added more neighborhoods that will be without subsidies. I heard it from someone but not knowing Spanish myself, can't do a whole lotta research on whether that's true. I'm in Almagro, and so far I get electric and gas paid by people in richer areas like most other expats on BAExpats (thank you guys!).

2) Saw posters saying "Cristina 2015" or something like that. Please tell me its not about getting Zombie-Brain de Kirchner a third term.

Actually subsidies for gas and electricity are being restored for the winter months to residential users:

Let's hope not! Besides, she would need a change to the constitution first and then a referendum, if I'm not mistaken (or the other way round).
Menem tried that I believe.
This is a country of surprises and paradoxically, that wouldn't be a surprise.
