skype problem last few days

I find Skype highly inconsistent. I use it for at least an hour daily. I have been able to establish connections, but depending on the quality of the connection or with Skype's network (presumably variable according to the amount of traffic), sometimes it's impossible to carry on a normal conversation. About 75% of the time there's a delay of 1 full second or more on voice only. With video, the problems are even more pronounced.

So to answer your question, no problem connecting -- just ongoing problems getting a reliable connection.

Hi, I have not experienced any skype problems in the last few days.

Sorry to ask the obvious but what's your bandwith connection like? Are you sharing your router with other users?

Nothing skype specific this weekend, just the normal internet snafu

I have 10 mb internet service from Fibertel. I almost never have an issue with skype other than the occasional call drop. Upgrade your bandwidth and or your router.
