Hi guys --
We're a small startup -- selling art from Argentine artists online to Americans -- that, over the course of a few months, has gone from an idea to growing quickly, significantly, and now we're profitable. In fact, we're growing so much that we'd love to hire someone to join our team and help us grow.
Your responsibilities? Basically, as a small startup, you'd be doing everything with all of us. From talking to clients to sales to responding to all the potential partners and museums who who want to work with us to coming up with ideas on how to improve the web site to actually implementing the ideas, to managing the artists, etc!!!
The job is full-time and the salary is a good full-time salary for BA; with lots and lots of potential to grow! This would hopefully be long-term; if you're here for a few months and want something to do, then this isn't for you!
Requirements:
- Smart
- Hard-working
- Speak English fluently (including on the phone). (Spanish optional.)
- Very well organized
- Not necessarily Jewish; but our target demographic is very Jew-y so a familiarity with Jew-y stuff is very helpful
You don't need any specific skills beyond these: we'll teach you everything you need to know about marketing, online sales, building partnerships, managing people, etc!!
