2021 resolution might aim to address this issue. I do not understand if this is now in effect or it is a proposal. One of the articles states something like this: "if it does not have iodine, whether for human consumption or not, then it must be labeled for industrial use".

You can buy "Sal Rosada Del Himalaya" on ML where the vendor claims it's not iodized. It's what I use, but I don't know more than that.
