Not to be a stickler... but furniture that has been used for a year is not "brand new". That said, good luck with your sales and your next chapter. I didn't have a lot of luck selling on BAExpats, but had no problems when I used Craigslist for listings. Also, it's a good idea to post prices with the pictures so you don't have to restate yourself a million times.
