Hola!

Still checking out schools here... Does anyone have any knowledge of the two schools above? To clarify: St Matthews (not St Matthews North)...?

St Catherines seems a bit top heavy with girls, is this correct?

I'm interested to know the student mix i.e. % of argentinean students, if a student can survive there starting with little spanish (my daughter is 14), if the school is over-the-top "upper class", and any idea of the $$. Also if anyone has experience of how well their child has acquired spanish in the school (happy to provide her with extra support however).

I am also interested to know of any schools that are bilingual, but perhaps "down to earth". I suppose by down to earth I mean not obsessed with who's who at the zoo. I am looking within the city, rather than a school on the outskirts. Definitely "laico" and mixed is preferred. Uniform if possible (my daughter is stressed out by the idea of having to work out what to wear every day  ).

Any clues, hints, ideas, appreciated!
