Hi, everyone,
I am new to the forum. I live in NY but have started spending half of the year (on and off) in BA, where I was raised. I have a language school in NY and have not expanded to BA (conveniently...to get away from the NY winter). I host a yearly Spanish Immersion Language & Cultural program for Adults (one week) in BA for my American students, while also providing English Workshops for Argentines. I also host free monthly meetups (expats and American wannabees) Some of the activities we do with the group are, visit: Recoleta (cemetary, open market, basilica, etc), La Boca, San Telmo...the typical stuff. However, for my next program, I would like to include an offbeat activity (Colonia for the day, has been done). Does anyone have any good suggestions? Something that Americans would appreciate? (Tigre's Puerto de Frutos at the height of summer did not go well...). Thanks!
