Tabletop Extender/cover

Has anyone seen a shop that sells covers for tables that make the table bigger (temporary)? Please let us know if you've seen such a thing locally.

Thanks Rich but not looking for a extension leaves. I'm looking for a pad (of sorts) that goes on top of my table and makes it bigger. I have a table that's 110cm in diameter and need a pad that's maybe 130-140cm in diameter.

I'm hoping for 1 that folds up ( easy storage, sm storage rm ), and sits on top of my table, with clamps underneath so it doesn't move around. I would only use it for holidays, etc.
