Talk to me if u want to set up a share house (have garantia)

I have a warranty (garantia proprietaria) for capital federal, courteousy of a friend of mine in Caballito. Is there anyone who wants to set up a share house? I cannot afford to do so alone or nor do I want to assume all the financial risks. But if there is anyone else interested, we could partner. Or even 3 people.

I was working in Rosario for past 9 months and I have been renting a casa-quinta which I had to totally furnish. Consequently, I have all my own furniture, right down to a new gas oven. I also have a dog.
