I'm interested to know who has scarred your skin here in Buenos Aires. I'm talking about actual artists with first and last names, not parlors who change their artists every few months and who mostly do tribals. If you know anyone who is a professional artist and has a very coherent and flawless line of work, promote them shamelessly here!

So far the best I've seen here is Ezequiel "El Chino" Fontenla.
