Guys,

We all know that Argentina taxes on worldwide income.

Fair enough!

My doubt is that if one is a permanent resident or a "citizen by naturalization" but some how just spend 3-4 months a year in ARgentina and does not earn a single cent in Argentina, does not own a property in Argentina or worldwide, does he still have to pay any taxes in Argentina?

Though he/she may still be earning but outside Argentina.

Any experienced permanent residents, who know about this?

or anyone else?
