Join a start-up on the ground floor.
We are developing a new approach to language eLearning and need extra hands. You would be helping to identify and code linguistic topics for learning Spanish in a flexible and open environment. This is a part-time contract position, 5-15 hours a week (pay depending on experience but likely between 10-20 dollars/hr) and will likely expand into a full-time opportunity after we launch in the next few months. Those who demonstrate the ability to work independently will be able to work from anywhere.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable in the following key areas:
· Bilingual English/Spanish. Portuguese a plus.
· Strong technical skills in the following areas (in order of importance)

o Regular Expressions
o SQL

· Familiarity with applied linguistics concepts and terminology. Ideally you should have a grasp on concepts like clitics, morphology, dative pronouns, inflexion, lemma, etc.
· Have some experience with foreign language instruction, preferably teaching Spanish.
We’re excited about the potential of this start-up. We look forward to hearing from you, if you are ready to be excited too! Please send your resume to
