Telecentro - Starting internet/phone/tv service

I just moved into a new place, and when i called telecentro today to start up my service, they told me that i needed a dni or national credit card. I know that lots of people use this service without a dni, so how do you get it started? Should I just go into the office with my passport?

For people renting, required documentation usually includes the rent contract.
Cant help you much more after that. Usually ISPs want to direct debit your CC, which is why they asked for a local national cc. Not sure you will be able to do without it.
