Telecentro

The telephone and Internet service in the apartment that I rent is Telecentro. The manager tried to explain how to set-up the voicemail and also to retrieve messages. He said to press *123# and then the last 4 digits of the phone number but nothing seems to work. I don't speak enough Spanish so when a recorded message comes on I have no idea what they are saying. Does anyone have Telecentro that could give me some pointers? Thanks

Haha I remember when....From your home phone dial *123#, then when you hear the message in Spanish press, 1 to review your messages. If you want to erase the message press 3. If you do nothing it stays. By the way you know you have messages if when you pick up the phone the dial tone is continuous. No message is an intermittent tone. At least that's how it is with Telecom. But I think to the same everywhere. Good luck!
