The city is asking residents of each neighborhood to get evolved by proposing projects they want to see implemented. A budget is estimated for each project proposed by a neighbor. You can vote for the ones you want.

So if you want to see more fairs and markets in your neighborhood, more lighting at the local park, etc., let the city know by your vote on BA Elige.
