Story made short:

Back in 2005, an average guy, who has a family with two kids, never had a problem with the police and was driving his white Peugeot 2005 in Pompeya.

At the same time, not far away, delinquents were escaping the police in a white car.

....

The innocent guy ended up being shot at with 20 bullets, received 8 in his body... He's in jail since & his on a hunger strike now.

Unfortunately this documentary doesn't seem to have been translated in English but I recommend it for its quality (Director, Enrique Piñeyro, did an amazing job):

Who was the mayor of BsAs back in 2005?

Who was the police chief?

If they're both alive, they should pay some form of restitution...

(Though I haven't some much as considered clicking on the link to find out the "facts".)

The Rati Horror show was on Cablevision on the weekend - Great movie / documentary , Spanish language skills required. It will probably be repeated throughout the month (as most cable movies are). 24 news channel was covering his release last night but I didn't see it anywhere else. Incredible story.
