English translation

Last Friday, the national government regulated the Large Investment Incentive Regime (RIGI) . It covers projects that require a minimum of US$ 200 million as an investment, a decision that impacts 8 economic sectors. According to the Government 's arguments , the RIGI "offers a series of tax facilities, access to imports and the exchange market, in addition to the management of profits and cash flow abroad,"

RIGI is under scrutiny by the Financial Action Task Force (FATF), as is the tax amnesty ("blanqueo") scheme. Apparently “Inclusion on the grey list is almost a foregone conclusion. In the best-case scenario, the country can hope that the FATF will give it a period of approximately one year to regularise the points in question”.

The foreign investments under the RIGI benefits plan, will impact on the economy, towards the end of Milei's, 2nd term in government ??? and beyond... 2032.
