Cantero was a mediocre president, and not only for being who sent us to the second division for the first time in 110 years of history. He talked a lot and did very little. Mucho bla bla. Lot of (good) press about fighting hoologanism. I dont believe what he says, the hooligans are still there, the mafia did not suffer with him, remained as it always was.
But, it was a lot better than the former Comparada and the next one, Moyano (the same who is in politics) Those two were more guilty than him on the relegance, Moyano has a lot of power in the club from the times I went to the stadium. All the barrabravas are his guys. He is extremely mafious, as every president of any club in Argentina, including Macri.
