There once was a charming young chica
With a penchant for the odd margarita
She decided to say
Some palabras – in her way
Mucho gusto, it’s nice to meet ya

Here follows some deets on this lassie
Who has never once been to Talahassee
Born “In Dublin’s Fair City”
(Yah, you know that old ditty)
There she first learned to be a touch sassy

In San Francisco she lived for a decade
After which the many options she weighed
Then off to Manhattan
Singing “Nights in White Satin”
Now Buenos she thought to invade

She can habla some castellano
Is a horror at playing the piano
But can always learn more
Is no kind of bore
Has not one, but cinco hermano(s)

For a living she designs an interior
More the inside and less the exterior
Her nom-de-plume
Allows one assume
She’ll enhance and make it superior

Buenos tickles her fancy so far
The carne, the besos, the bizarre
Pero, vamos a ver
If this Irish red hair
Can discover who you all are…

Greetings one and all. I am a recent arrival in Buenos Aires and am introducing myself to the BA Expats crew. I am interested in meeting new people, networking, seeking new interior design projects for my business (www.susankennedydesign.com) and living life to the full.

bienvenido interior designer,
I enjoyed reading your five liners,
have a lovely stay-here in BA
good luck, from a not so old timer....

Its a welcome from south of the border,
The one where La Boca keep order,
I'm from Dublin myself,
Not here for the wealth,
And I can't think of a last line, but Welcome from a fellow Irish arrival here :)

Come on Liam! Let's get you a last line. How about using "disorder"
Sometime like:
"In fact, I quite like the disorder"

(needs work....)
