Hey All,
After noticing a few positive threads on here lately and dealing with my inmobiliaria a lot in the past few weeks I wanted to give a public thumbs up to Rubino Propiedades. If there has been any problems, which there has, with my temporary apartment they have made sure that it has been fixed timely and professionally. I have had broken water heater, a broken water pipe, a broken lock on the front door, and a broken refrigerator over the past 4 months and have not paid a cent for any of it to be fixed. The specific local I am speaking of is located on Forest and El Cano in Belgrano R. If searching for an apartment I recommend seeing what they have available! Great to work with! Hope this can help!
