The FARC rebel group and Colombia's Santos government announced in Havana last week that they will seek to come to an agreement "without delay" on the end of bilateral hostilities and the laying down of arms..This should be welcomed by the peace-process guarantor countries (Cuba and Norway).especially Cuba.With the U.S. and Cuba's mutual reopening today of embassies in each of their respective countries and Obamas approval of allowing tourist cruises from Miami to Cuba as of May 2016,the Cubans must be anxious to wrap these talks up.as they have "other fish to fry".In yesterday's Clarin's magazine VIVA in a story on "La Cuba del deshielo" ,The Thaw with Cuba ,I read that a newly self-employed resident of a "less favored" neighborhood in Havana painted on his front door,"Si te da envidia lo que tengo / haz como yo / trabaja." If you're jealous of what I have / do what I do / work.
